No, it wasn't an animated Dune but we did get giant bugs for the 3rd of the Wonder Twins adventures in a row. Let me tell you, its a lot easier to get excited about Sinestro and Gorilla Grodd than a giant worm even if the worms nearly sank the west coast.
There were also giant crayfish, giant scorpions, and giant snails, but none of that was enough to save this from being a giant bore. On the other hand, a mutated Wonder Woman was just what the doctor ordered to give this one a passing grade. The Wonder Twins also got mutated, but they weren't near as ugly.
