Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Plastic Man in The Many and The Fowl

In a nice nod, the Tuxedo and Lady Granite tried to stop Plas from the timely paying of his bill; the villains had appeared in the scrapped pilot Puddle Trouble a few years earlier. Even though this wasn't the greatest short ever, it was perfectly adequate, continuing the clever use of rapid fire shape-shifting and puns. And yes, thanks to the help of giant chicken the Fowl, the bill got paid!

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Energy Mass

Although he had appeared earlier in the Filmation series, this was the Mighty Mite's debut on the Super Friends and it took a special threat to necessitate the use of a tiny hero. You have to wonder how "near" Japan Batman had to be to get there faster than Superman AND you have to ask why there was a laboratory on a moving train.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Craft (Telescope)

This was actually a decent idea for a craft... assuming you have 4 different size spools laying around the house.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - De-Coder (Monster)

This was terrible! All the de-coders are pointless, but man + stir = monster? Lame, sound alike or not.

Onscreen History of Atomic Skull

Not to be confused with Marvel's Ghost Rider, DC's villainous Jospeh Martin first appeared as DC's Atomic Skull 1991's Adventures of Superman #483. Although Joe wasn't the first DC villain to be named the Atomic Skull, he is probably the better known version. Albert Michaels, the original Atomic Skull, made his debut in 1976.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Super Friends Vs. Super Friends

The title of this episode set my hopes very high. I really wanted to see Superman kick Robin's @$$. At least there would be some dignity in that for Robin as opposed to when he squared off against Jubilee. But what started off as a textbook giant octopus attack turned into underwater Gladiator.. for kids... which apparently meant no actual "vs" fighting and huge disappointment.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Vandals

Has it really been 250 episodes!? I guess that number is partially an artifact of the way I count them, but I still feel a celebration of some sort is in order. And what better way to celebrate than with the Wonder Twins taking on the evils of vandalism? Its a good thing every teen in town had a direct line to the Wonder Twins wrist watch.
