Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Long John Joker

Batgirl became suspicious of Joker after he checked out a few too many pirate themed books from the library. Nice to know the Joker made good use of public services rather than just stealing the books.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Nine Lives of Batman

Thankfully it was a new villain this time and not the freaking Penguin again. Instead we were treated to Catwoman, the Tantalizing Tigress of Terror in her animation debut.

Avengers Season 2 = Unlimted

This season 2 image from Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes has about 20 reasons to be excited about the shows return including (in addition to the core Avengers team) The Fantastic Four, Vision, Ms. Marvel, Yellowjacket, Winter Soldier, Quake, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, War Machine, Doc Samson, Falcon, Spider-Man, and Wolverine. This picture alone could result in a Marvel induced coma of delight.

New Details on Beware the Batman Rise

Cartoon Network has officially announce the new series Beware the Batman. With the announcement comes a new image of the computer rendered Dark Knight. While I loved Batman: The Brave and the Bold, like Bat-Mite I am interested in a darker take on the Caped Crusader, which this has the potential to be. I am also looking forward to new villains though hopefully some of the classics (sans Penguin) also make an appearance from time to time. Cartoon Network describes the series as:

Beware the Batman: A cool, new take on the classic Dark Knight franchise, Beware the Batman incorporates Batman’s core characters with a rogues gallery of new villains not previously seen in animated form. Along with backup from ex-secret agent Alfred and lethal swordstress Katana, the Dark Knight faces the twisted machinations of Gotham City’s criminal underworld led by the likes of Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad and Magpie. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, this action-packed detective thriller deftly redefines what we have come to know as a “Batman show.” Featuring cutting-edge CGI visuals to match the intricate twists and turns of the narrative, Batman steps out of the shadows and into the spotlight for an entirely new generation of fans. With WBA’s Sam Register executive producing, and Batman Beyond’s Glen Murakami and Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated’s Mitch Watson producing, Beware the Batman, based on characters from DC Comics, is coming soon to Cartoon Network!

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - In Again, Out Again Penguin

Ah man! Its the Penguin again. The first lesson the jailers hould learn is that its not a good idea to let Penguin keep his umbrella collection or inflatable Penguin balloon with him while incarcerated.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - How Many Herring in a Wheelbarrow?

After a series of seemingly pointless break-ins, Batman realized the Joker was stealing plans for a giant solar mirror, which he built. Batman retaliated by blowing up Jokers factory (sound familiar? Hint Batman'89). Luckily for the Dynamic Duo, when the factory exploded a little cage landed exactly on the Joker.

Onscreen History of The Doom Patrol

First beginning their patrols in 1963's My Greatest Adventure #80, The Doom Patrol is a DC team of misfits, perhaps immortalized by the team's death in the final issue of their initial series run. Of course, no one stays dead forever and the team has since experiences a few revivals. Only Robotman has appeared in each incarnation.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Joke's on Robin

If you couldn't have guessed by the title, this was a Joker themed episode. And as an added bonus, this was also the animated debut of Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl.
