Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Pernicious Parasite

I. C. Harris (no relation to Futurama's I.C Wiener) became the Parasite! He could drain power from people and quickly realized Clark Kent was Superman due to his deep power reservoir. Even if it wasn't the real Parasite, this one was a keeper.

Wonder Woman (1974) - Discount Review

Another week, another attempt at a Wonder Woman franchise, another failure.

Heroes: Diana Prince AKA Wonder Woman this time I-Ching style. Along with blonde hair and a lack of super powers, this Woman's golden lasso was just a repelling rope that cameo out of her belt. Rather than deflect bullets, her bracelets were grappling hooks / explosives. She did have an invisible jet, but obviously you couldn't see it.

Villains: Ricardo Montalban as Abner Smith

Diabolical Scheme: Like the plot of the original Mission Impossible movie (sans masks) the plot involved Smith having stolen lists of the identities of secret agents. He held the names ransom until payment was delivered by means of a very hard to track burro.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Mission to Planet Peril

Aliens invade to steal coal from Earth and end up recruiting Superman to help them. Once he got to "planet peril" he helped defeat an evil alien warlord inside a hard dome.

Marvelous Animation Tour - Spider-Man (1994)

Swinging onto the scene in November of 1994, just a few months after Iron Man and the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man spanned 65 episodes over 5 seasons. The series stood along side the X-Men animated series as one of the bright spots for Marvel animation in the 90's.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Luthor Strikes Again

Luthor is back! He kidnapped Jimmy to lure Superman into danger. It seems like kryptonite lasers are becoming his modus operandi. Luckily Supes found some lead based paint just in time. In the end Superman threw them all in vats of paint Goldfinger style. Isn't that lethal?

Onscreen History of Ra's Al Ghul

The Demon's Head AKA Ra's Al Ghul was introduced in 1971 in the pages of Batman #232. The international terrorist often strikes with environmental motivations and is a real bugger thanks to his rejuvenating Lazarus Pits which provide him with unnatural longevity.

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - Lava Men

Superman plugged up an erupting volcano saving a Mexican village. I guess in Mexico he is known as "Super Hombre."

Crisis of Infinite Episodes - The Deadly Super-Doll

A sorcerer made a voodoo doll that could control Superman allowing criminals to rob carnivals. I guess the doll was made of magic clay, so it totally made sense.
